1. Appointments and Bookings
Direct Contact: We do not use an automated online booking system. All appointments and inquiries must be made directly via WhatsApp or Phone.
Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a direct confirmation from our team via phone or messaging. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
2. Health and Safety
Health Disclosure: Your well-being is our top priority. You must inform our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant prior to receiving any treatment.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service if we believe it may pose a health risk to the client or if the client fails to disclose relevant medical information.
3. Professional Standards (Strictly Non-Sexual)
Wellness Only: Serene Thai Spa operates strictly as a professional wellness and traditional therapeutic massage establishment. All services provided are strictly non-sexual.
Code of Conduct: Any inappropriate remarks, advances, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of your session without a refund, and authorities will be notified if necessary.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.
5. Personal Belongings
Serene Thai Spa is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the premises. Please keep your valuables safe with you at all times.
